We are a fast-paced, growing company in the exciting Real Estate industry seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team! In your role, you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events / Manage calendars
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Coordinate office and kitchen supply purchases, ensure all departments are stocked
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Process mail
  • Perform all other office tasks


  • 2- or 4-year college degree required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
  • POSITIVE energy and attitude and ability to convey over the phone
  • Impeccable sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a high level of performance and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
